Cookies

We and our service providers may collect information about your device and browsing when you use this site. This information is generally gathered in a statistical, aggregated manner for our use.

No identifying personal information is shared via cookies. Data may also be gathered about your general online use through a cookie file placed on your device; these cookies help us correct and improve our services for you.

You may decline all non-essential cookies. Your browser can be set to refuse cookies, and you can accept, reject or customise cookies at any time using the consent banner on this site. We use CookieYes as our consent management platform to record and manage your cookie preferences; a necessary cookie stores your choices. Full details of the cookies we use are set out in our Cookie Policy.

2.1 Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies collect information about how you use our site so that we can analyse and improve its performance and your experience. They do not collect information that personally identifies you and the data is considered aggregated. The analytics tools we use on this site are:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Microsoft Clarity

2.2 Advertising cookies

This site does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. If advertising cookies are introduced in future (for example, to measure the performance of a campaign), they will only be set after you have given your consent through the cookie banner, and this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.

Your information and how it is used

Primarily, we collect and store data about you to help us provide a better service to you. We may use your information for the following purposes:

3.1 When you request information from us via a form or other electronic transmission, we may use your information to respond to and fulfil that request relating to our services. Where you have consented, we may also contact you about other services you may find of interest.

3.2 To perform any agreement or engagement we enter into with you, which may require us to contact you or use your information.

3.3 To notify you of changes to our website or services that could affect the service we provide to you.

3.4 Where you have consented, to send you information about services similar to those you have enquired about.

3.5 We may also, where you have consented, use your information (or allow a carefully selected third party to use it) to offer you information about other services you may be interested in.

3.6 We or selected third parties will only contact new enquirers where consent has been granted, and only for the communications you have agreed to.

3.7 You may withdraw your consent at any time and ask us not to use your details for marketing, or not to share them with third parties, by contacting us using the details in section 8.

3.8 We do not reveal identifiable information about you to advertisers, although we may share aggregated, statistical visitor information.

Collection of non-personal information

Non-personal information is information that is not personal, such as questions, comments, ideas and suggestions that you provide, or information we collect that is not linked to any personal information. Non-personal information is treated as non-confidential, and we may disclose and/or use that information without obligation to you, for any purpose and by any means.

Storage of personal data

5.1 We may need to transfer data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area for storing and processing, for example to respond to your enquiry or to provide support services. Where we do so, we take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

5.2 Information you submit is stored on secure servers. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

5.3 The transmission of data over the internet is never completely secure, and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Information sharing

6.1 Where relevant, we may share personal information with members of our group, including subsidiaries and holding companies. Information is shared only where applicable.

6.2 We may disclose your personal information to third parties: (6.2.1) if we sell our business or assets, in whole or in part; (6.2.2) where we are legally required to disclose it; and (6.2.3) to assist in reducing credit risk and in fraud protection.

6.3 We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors use this site (for example, which pages they view, where they click and how they scroll) so that we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect behavioural data and device information, including a de-identified IP address, device and browser information, and general (country-level) location, which are combined into aggregated, pseudonymised insights and heatmaps. This data is processed on our behalf and is not sold.

6.4 We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure and report on how visitors use this site. Google processes this data on our behalf; IP data is handled in a truncated / de-identified manner.
